Sheet Gasketing and Roll Goods
At MPRC we pride ourselves on quick turnaround for all our fabricated parts. In our warehouse, we maintain a large inventory of sheet, ranging from standard beater-add to highly compressed sheet, as well as a broad spectrum of rubber sheet materials. Our sheet materials come in various spec and commercial grades. We also stock many different types of PTFE with fillers included.
We inventory high-quality gasket materials made with graphite, and our warehouse is stocked with many different forms, including pure homogenous sheets and laminates with a variety of substrates, foils, expanded steels, and tanged core. All of our sheet and roll goods are available for sale and can be shipped on a same-day basis.
We are always looking for ways to improve the physical characteristics of our products, so they are better equipped to handle greater pH ranges, lower and higher temperatures, have a higher crush resistance, and maintain a higher torque retention. We now offer a 5th generation of our Style 7500 sheet and are working on a 6th generation of our Style 7800 material. Our goal is to offer better materials through continuous improvement.
